Abstract

The article presents the author's participation as a co-principal investigator on a project called Uncommon Bonds: Labrador Inuit and Moravian Missionaries, focusing on the digitization of digital return of 60,000 pages of records removed from several Labrador communities in 1959 and deposited at the Moravian Archives. Topics include the arrival of a group of Moravian missionaries in northern Labrador between 1752 and 1774 and development of central point of access by the Advisory Committee.
