Abstract
The article focuses on PEN America's response to the ongoing presence of 650 Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents in Minneapolis, which continues to impact immigrant families. PEN America, alongside Just Us Books and Penguin Random House, is hosting a virtual event featuring live readings from the 2018 children's anthology *We Rise, We Resist, We Raise Our Voices*, created in response to the 2016 presidential election. The event aims to offer support and encouragement to young people in the Twin Cities, supplemented by a donation of 615 copies of the anthology to local libraries and schools. Additional partners include the Children's Book Council, the Authors Guild, and local library systems. [Extracted from the article]
